Dinosaur Balloon Sculptures Breached Marina Square Singapore


The Dinosaur Balloon Extravaganza is this year's balloon event at Marina Square Singapore, held for the 5th year running. Gigantic balloon dinosaur sculptures were constructed and installed in Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, Malaysia, China, Hong kong, India and Indonesia by 45 talented balloon artists. The balloon art installation was on display and open to the public from March 16 to 19. 10 dinosaur balloon sculptures such as Tyrannosaurus rex and pterodactyl, along with a prehistoric landscape spanning over 5,300 square ft.

The balloon artists uses a total of 14 different types of balloons to sculpt the entire balloon landscape, in an attempt to break the world record of largest balloon decorations. The entire balloon installation is estimated to consist of 85,000 balloons in total.
