The hot air balloon is one of the oldest successful human-carrying flight technology. The very first hot air balloon was created on December 14, 1782, by the Montgolfier brothers. Today the majority of people do not use this technology for transport anymore, but rather as means of entertainment. Which is probably why the hot air balloon today has evolved in a creative way, visual pleasure and aesthetics purposes.
